then for a while it functioned as an official art division (de-vision :) of gothic.com.ua - the so-called "ukrainian gothic&alternative portal" - a piece of commercial crap. i hate speaking such way, but that's truth - too much ambitions along with no wish to make something worth visiting, yet another empty place.
now we got our independence back again, and, thanks to goth.net, we got no-charge webspace and a domain name.

sadly, we realized that idea to unite ukrainian goth people, to build a strong goth community is pretty idiotic, for if there ARE goth people here, they seem to fear exposing themselves to others, or they're just extremely snob. The other really ugly thing is that all the people out here are trying to categorize each other constantly, and they can't even think that there may be anything that can not be categorized... goth are pretty different, guys. there are no two goth that look the same, think the same, feel the same, etc... what we have here and now? a shitload of people that sometimes call themselves "goth", wearing black t-shirts with blackmetal bands on them, listen black metal, blaming anyone who feels other way, looks other way... you got the idea? yet another variant of "commoner", just of another colour. i'm getting sick more and more looking at this every day, i hate feeling the way i feel. damn it. THERE'S NO GOTH COMMUNITY HERE IN UKRAINE, JUST A BUNCH OF POSERS. you got the feeling? no? then get out of here, unfeeling bastard. got anything to say? Say.
